Step 2: Initial Review
After your manuscript is submitted, our team begins an evaluation to ensure it aligns with our mission and publishing focus. This phase is a critical step in identifying the potential of your work to connect with readers and achieve its intended impact. The review process typically takes 8–12 weeks.
Step 3: Feedback / Acceptance
Following the review phase, we move into the Feedback / Acceptance stage, where we connect with you to discuss the findings from our evaluation and outline the next steps. This phase focuses on open communication and ensuring you understand how your manuscript fits within FLOW Series Publishing’s mission.
Step 4: Editing & Design
Once your manuscript has been accepted, the Editing & Design phase begins. This is where your work undergoes a transformation to ensure it is polished, engaging, and ready for publication. Our team collaborates with you to refine your manuscript while working together to shape a visual design that complements your content and connects with your target audience.
Step 5: Publishing & Distribution
With your manuscript fully refined, this phase focuses on bringing your book to completion and making it accessible to readers. At FLOW Series Publishing, we handle the logistics so you can focus on celebrating your accomplishment while connecting with your audience.
Step 6: Marketing Support
The final phase, Marketing Support, focuses on helping your book reach its audience. At FLOW Series Publishing, we collaborate with authors to create strategies that align with their goals, ensuring their work gains visibility and connects with readers.

We focus on two areas: books for young professionals and children’s books. Here’s how your work can align with our vision:
Books for Young Professionals
We’re looking for practical, relatable, and impactful manuscripts that guide young professionals through the challenges and opportunities of life after education. Your book should spark confidence, growth, and action.

Outside Our Scope
We want to make sure your submission is the best fit for FLOW Series Publishing. Here’s a list of what we generally won’t consider for publication:
- Inappropriate Content: Manuscripts containing explicit, offensive, or harmful material, including excessive violence, discriminatory themes, or content that doesn’t align with our values of respect and growth.
- Genres Outside Our Focus: We currently do not accept fiction genres like fantasy, romance, or science fiction. While these stories can be wonderful, they don’t align with the themes we specialize in.
- Previously Published Work: Submissions must be original and unpublished unless we’ve discussed reprints or rights acquisition in advance.
- Low-Quality Submissions: Manuscripts with frequent spelling, grammar, or formatting issues. We recommend thorough editing before submission to ensure your work shines.
- Unrelated Themes: Submissions that don’t align with our focus on personal and professional growth for young professionals or meaningful children’s stories.
- Incomplete or Unpolished Proposals: Manuscripts missing essential elements like a synopsis, author bio, or clear alignment with our publishing goals.
- Plagiarized or Non-Original Content: Submissions must be your original work. Any indication of plagiarism will result in disqualification.
